Personal loans

Purpose
Personal loans are credit consumer products which foresee financing of a pre-fixed amount applying a fixed interest rate reimbursable following a fixed repayment plan. This category of loans is part of those financial operations which are not directly linked to specific goods or services.

Amount and period of financing
The amount financed can vary from € 2500 up to € 30.000 maximum reimbursable in 13 up to 72 months. In addition several loans can be taken in the same period of time.

Interst rate
Our personal loans are financed with fixed interest rate and are reimbursable following a fixed repayment plan.

Requirements for application
• Applications are accepted from employees, self-employed, freelancers and pensioners.

Cessione del quinto

Purpose
“ Cessione del Quinto ” is a form of financing with maximum freedom of use of the received amount. In return the applicant transfers a part of his /her net pay or pension ( maximum a fifth of the total amount) authorising the employer or Institute of Welfare to retain each month the repayment rate and to deposit it with the financial institution during the period of reimbursement.

Requirements for application
• fixed-term employed with governmental or semi-governmental institutions (ASL, Region, Province, Municipality, Mountain Communities)
• fixed-term employed within the private sector
• pensioners

Amount financed
The maximum amount to be financed depends from:
Employees in the private sector :
• the value of TFR matured and put aside;
• the constistency and solidity estimated by the insurance company of the firm of employment;

Employees of governmental and semi- governmental institutions and pensioners :
• the monthly net pay.

Interest rate
The interest rate is fixed . The repayment rate is steady for the whole period of financing which may be extended from 24 till 120 months.

• Pay slip or pension pay
• Certificate of Pay or Welfare Institution's Declaration of the transferable amount.
• Mod. CUD
• Document of identification
• Italian Tax number
• Permit of Stay (in case of a foreign national)
